Do you have a forklift ticket issued by CPB Group dated between 1 January 2005 and 30 September 2007?
Time is running out for upgrading these to the National Licence to Perform High Risk Work, cut off date is 30 June 2012.
If you fail to upgrade before this date, your licence will become invalid and redoing training course and assessment will be required in order to obtain High Risk Licence!!
